Lezha police arrested 25-year-old pharmacist Kristiana Lukaj, and declared the pharmacy administrator Aurora Ujkaj wanted as an accomplice in the fraud scheme. It is suspected that about 500 Albanian and foreign citizens are involved in this fraud scheme.
