A citizen, who is suspected of constantly harassing and threatening a 29-year-old, was arrested this Wednesday in Bulqiza.
According to the police, the citizen with the initials LS threatened and blackmailed her through messages and constantly persecuted the 29-year-old.
The procedural materials were forwarded to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance in Debar for further action.
