Pedagogy: I will grab you by the throat! The student from the “panic attack” ends up in hospital

This situation occurred at the Faculty of Arts at the State University of Tetova, where a reaction was made by a student on the faculty of the pedagogue that the latter threatened him, but not only that, from the situation created a student of that class experiences an attack panic and ends up in the hospital.

The students of the Faculty of Arts in Tetovo turn to the show Fiks Fare to find solutions to the problem that worries them. With a letter of complaint that reaches the editorial office, the students of Tetovo beg to make public the behavior of their professor Besiana Mehmeti who teaches the course “Music History” at the Faculty of Arts in Tetovo. The only hope for them remains the media and they have called for attention to this case.

Their letter also expresses concern for a student who ended up in hospital as a result of a panic attack coming from the threats of the professor.

She confesses that she does not want to recall the situation, as she is still not well in terms of health, but confirms that everything said by her peers is true. But what really happened? Initially the conflict between the lecturer and a student started for banal reasons where it later degraded into psychological violence by the lecturer.

The student reacted on the social network Facebook with a laugh icon in the post made for the birthday of the professor’s husband. This is followed by the professor’s insulting messages to the student, where it is said that there is a high dose of ignorance. But as if this were not enough, the debate continues in the classroom, degrading to threats.

The pedagogue pulls the student out of the auditorium, telling him he would grab him by the throat. All this is even recorded by the students and when the pedagogy is put in front of the fact by the journalists of Fiks, she says that the wiretaps are illegal, but she does not comment on them.

Journalists contact the pedagogue, the latter says that the wiretaps are not legal and that the state will deal with the students. Meanwhile, when journalists ask her about her behavior in the auditorium, the pedagogue says “Goodbye, I have nothing to say”. Journalists call the dean of the faculty, Nafi Jashari, who says that the Disciplinary Commission and the Faculty Council have met for the case of professor Besiana Mehmeti.

In the end, another lecturer was appointed to develop the same subject so that students can choose who they want to teach.

The dean says that currently 30 students are studying with the pedagogue, while with the pedagogue Besiana Mehmeti only 10 students. Regarding the payments made by this faculty for two professors who teach the same subject and why it should be so, the dean ignores the answer stating that with the payments and contracts of professors with the faculty is not the person who can give answers regarding this part.
