The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani received in a regular meeting the American Ambassador Jeffrey Hovenier.
The meeting discussed developments in the country, the region and beyond after the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.
President Osmani stressed that Kosovo has the same attitudes as our allies, strongly condemning the Russian military aggression and the illegal recognition by the Russian Federation of the “independence” of the so-called People’s Republics of Luhansk and Donetsk.
She also stressed that Kosovo stands with the people of Ukraine while they are facing Russian aggression and that our country will continue to fully coordinate with the allies in order to prevent the destabilization of our region.
