A police agent denounces that he was threatened during the investigation for the January 8 protest held at the PD headquarters.
According to Top Channel sources, Alket Pashaj explains that after arresting the protester Stivi Luku, the officer was called by the young man’s father.
‘He called me on the work number after I had completed the procedural actions and told me; Alket Pashaj, you have no idea what embarrassment you have put your children in. “If you do not get my son out of prison now, I will destroy you and your children,” said the police officer in the report.
Police after asking all parties are convinced that the officer was called to be blackmailed.
Put under pressure by this citizen who warned him that he would find him wherever he was, the officer told him that he was on duty and that the threatening person could appear at the local directorate in Tirana. With the request to take the boy out of the police, Gazmend Luku uttered the same threats in front of him.
After the court released everyone, the father of the arrested, according to officer Alket Pashaj, was called again not only threatening but also being ironic.
“I took my son out of prison, so I find a place and let him know so that he knows the house and the children where you are,” the father of the January 8 protester wrote after the court decision.
But the citizen Gazmir Luku insists that after asking the officer why he had arrested his son, the policeman answered; “That’s how I wanted it”, so this sentence pushed him to write them on the phone.
