Northern Macedonia in the last 24 hours has registered 1,722 more cases of the new coronavirus (COVID-19), as well as 1,942 patients who won the battle against the virus.
According to data from the Ministry of Health, the total number of confirmed coronavirus cases in the country has reached 280,594, of which 259,898 have been cured.
The country also registered 16 other coronavirus victims, bringing their total to 8,624.
Since the outbreak of the pandemic, the country’s health authorities have conducted a total of 1,826,611 suspected tests for COVID-19, including 4,939 tests performed within the last day.
Currently in Northern Macedonia the number of active cases with COVID-19 is 12,072./AA/
