This afternoon, members of the North Atlantic Alliance are training in northern Macedonia.
They were photographed when Italian paratroopers jumped from a C-130 aircraft during Swift Response 22 exercises at the Krivolak military base in the Balkans.
Sky News reports that this came after Finland confirmed its offer to join the military alliance, a move the Kremlin insisted is a direct threat to Russia.
