Prime Minister Edi Rama has reacted after the start of the national protest against the increase of prices in front of the Prime Minister.
He said that he would not have done anything for the protest while the whole of Europe, including Albania, is facing the very first consequences of a war.
“For that protest while the whole of Europe, including Albania, is facing the very first consequences of a war, not 4 days but 4 months or 4 years to continue, I would not have done anything and I did not expect those who curse and shout even to protect your family from rising energy prices or to tell everyone that within a week, that is, today we will have scenarios for coping with these consequences!
As for the power of the people, I am in this task precisely because of that power, which has nothing to do with the minority that insults, curses, abuses, shamelessly at all, constantly accusing of theft without the point of shame, exactly with the logic of the thief that every thing and everyone connects it with theft, while if it was to steal it kept others here in my country the power of the people! No mor no, I do not want this cartoon minority, they are not all thieves and they are not all charlatans, yes there is another way, so continue the protest now that I have a duty to protect the people from the consequences of the war, not those who they speak loudly on his behalf! ”, writes the Prime Minister Edi Rama
