Seven people have fallen into the hands of the police, 4 of whom are on duty electricians and billers at OSHEE Kurbin.
Police discovered on the first floor of an apartment, a bar adapted as a laboratory that served for the cultivation of narcotic plants, through heating with lamps, and a significant amount of narcotics.
As part of the anti-cannabis operation codenamed “Bushneshi”, the following were arrested in flagrante delicto:
Lek Allamani, 54 years old, resident in Bushnesh, Kurbin
Taulant Baroka, 27, resident of Arrameras
Gimi Hida, 43 years old, resident in Tetovo.
Their arrest was made for the criminal offenses “Cultivation of narcotic plants”, “Production and sale of narcotics” and “Theft of electricity”, committed in collaboration, after in the village of Bushnesh, Kurbin, they had adapted the first floor of an apartment where had made illegal connections to electricity, with apparatus used for the cultivation of narcotic plants.
Also arrested for the criminal offense “Abuse of duty”, four billers and electricians identified as:
Xhemal Danieli, 58 years old, resident in Bushnesh, on duty electrician, Xhevalin Kaca, 56 years old, resident in Mamurras, on duty electrician, Bib Gjergji, 33 years old, resident in Fushë Mamurras, on duty in charge of OSHEE Kurbin and Alfred Fufi, 53 years old, with billing duty of OSHEE, as it is suspected that they have allowed illegal connection of electricity in the electric transformer with the external part that supplied energy to the building adapted for the cultivation of narcotic plants.
During the environmental control, 506 suspected narcotic cannabis sativa plants cultivated in pots and 58 kilograms of suspected cannabis sativa were found and seized.
In this building was found an illegal connection of electricity, which served to supply power to equipment such as lamps, aspirators, air filters, etc., which helped in the cultivation of narcotic plants.
Also, in the quality of material evidence were seized all the equipment that have served for the cultivation of narcotic plants, such as: electrical equipment, thermal electric lamps, nutrients for narcotic plants, etc.
The materials for further actions were forwarded to the Prosecution at the Kurbin Court of First Instance, for further actions.
