For the purpose of extradition, 1 citizen declared internationally wanted for the criminal offense “Threats and injuries that cause death” is handcuffed.
The services of the Search Section, following the work for the apprehension of persons declared internationally wanted, based on the information provided by the police, made the provisional arrest and detention, in order to extradite to Italy, the citizen:
Elion Pojani, 36 years old, resident in Tirana.
This citizen was declared internationally wanted, after the Italian Court sentenced him to 4 years and 4 months in prison, for the criminal offense “Threats and injuries that cause death.”
Interpol Tirana, in cooperation with the Italian law enforcement authorities, follows the procedures for the extradition of this citizen.
