The court of Vlora has imposed the security measure “prison arrest” for Ariel Kingji and Kristi Drolli, while for Shpati Lena the measure “obligation to appear” was imposed.
They were arrested three days ago by Lezha police after they were moving with a vehicle in the Cold Water area. They are accused of the event that took place on August 4, 2019 on the old beach, where Arben Beqiraj was killed, his son and a relative were injured.
The hearing was chaired by Judge Arbana Selmanaj while the prosecutor was Hyrjet Lamaj.
