The Prosecution at the Court of First Instance Elbasan announces that the investigation has been completed and has been sent for trial the criminal proceeding no. 1469, for the event that occurred on 02/10/2021 with the defendant citizens:
– Erjon Llapushi investigated with the security measure “Arrest in prison”, accused of the criminal offense of “Intentional Murder” provided by Article 76 of the Criminal Code
– Luan Dulellari, investigated with the security measure “Prison arrest”, accused of criminal offenses of “Failure to report a crime” provided by Article 300/1 of the Criminal Code and “Support to the perpetrator” provided by Article 302/1 of K.Penal, where the citizen Gazmend Kurmaku remained a victim.
The event refers to the date 02.10.2021, where a conflict occurred in the premises of the subject “Rozafa Fish” in Labinot of Elbasan, between some customers and the employee of the restaurant called Gazmend Kormaku, who after a debate with the author was punched by the latter. As a result, the victim lost his life on 07/10/2021.
The investigation was followed by the Head of the Prosecution, Mr. Kreshnik AJAZI.
