The images of an attack by two ISIS suicide bombers who more automatically killed two young soldiers of the Israeli forces in the city of Hadera were published today in Israel.
Police said the attackers, identified as two Palestinian cousins also known as ISIS operatives, were killed by anti-terrorism officers who happened to be in the area.
Emergency crews said two Israeli soldiers, a boy and a girl, lost their lives in the attack while four other people were taken to hospital and two were treated at the scene for minor injuries.
The attackers had waited for the bus to cross Herbert Samuel Street and had opened fire, local media reported.
But two civilian police officers happened to be having dinner at a nearby restaurant and acted to neutralize the terrorists, Israeli police said.
The terrorists were identified as the Arab cousins Ibrahim and Ayman Agrabia by Umm El Fahm, a Palestinian-majority city in the north of the country.
The Islamist movement Hamas, which governs the Palestinian city of Gaza, praised the attack as a ‘historic operation’ and a ‘legitimate response to Israel’s crimes against our people’.
The group ‘Islamic Jihad’, another Palestinian movement in Gaza, called the attack “an eloquent message from our people against attempts to break our will”. / Daily Mail /
