“Initially we started it as an experimental test, we started it with small plots starting from 1 ha, 2 ha, then when we had no result of the work, I decided to increase the area. Currently, today I have about 30 ha of sage, 15 ha of lavender.”– said farmer Agim Ibra.
Over 250 types of medicinal plants from Albania go to different countries of the world.
“Medicinal plants have always been popular whether from the USA or Europe, and in recent years they have started exporting to India, China, Asia” – said the exporter of medicinal plants Xhavit Hysenaj.
The exporter, Xhavit Hysenaj, says that the areas planted with these types of plants should be increased, as the demands are high.

“I have 150 cows and 15 cows. There are several parameters in the production of sage which, with the help of laboratory controls, foreign substances come out. While I have applied organic fertilizers and I will stick to this until it exercises this activity. Agim Ibra said.
