Borizana, January 18- The Minister of Health and Social Protection Ogerta Manastirliu has inspected the new Health Center in Borizana, Thumanë Administrative Unit, rebuilt after the damage from the earthquake of November 26, which will serve about 5000 inhabitants of this area.

The Minister of Health said that the situation in hospitals is stable, thanks to the follow-up work according to patient protocols by family doctors.
“Even with the new Omircon variant where we are following its impact on the entire population with the Technical Committee of Experts, who are following the situation dynamically, practically the exponentially increased numbers of COVID19 circulation in our country, do not have also been accompanied exponentially by the increase in hospital admissions. “But what is important is that we should continue with the boosting dose for those who have been vaccinated with two doses, because studies show that this dose helps many of the severe symptoms and reduces the risk of loss of life,” said Manastirliu.

Minister Manastirliu made these statements from the new Borizana center, a point of the Thumanë Health Center, rebuilt after the damages from the November 26 earthquake.
