Vetëvendosje Movement through a post on social networks has announced that the Ministry of Internal Affairs in close cooperation with the Ministry of Labor, Finance and Transfers is preparing the lists of positions, and the respective coefficients, for each position.
The determination of positions and coefficients, according to Vetëvendosje, will be done based on criteria such as place of work – adapted by constitutional regulation and legal criteria, nature of work – based on the complexity of the work, specifics, importance, risk, and level of decision-making, as and qualifications – years of schooling, specializations, certifications, licenses and other accreditations.
Vetëvendosje Movement says that the Law on Wages will be based on principles and criteria and not on bargains, narrow interests, or short-term visions.
The Working Group is expected to finalize the draft along with the follow-up list for another two weeks and it says that all stakeholders will be included and public consultations will take place in early 2022, after which the law on approval in the Government, announced Lëvizja Vetëvendosje.
