Kurti: The Commercial Court Law will increase security for investors and businesses

Kurti stressed that the United Kingdom is an indispensable partner of Kosovo, where he expressed his gratitude for the help and support that the United Kingdom has shown before, during and after the war. “The democratic elections of the first year brought legitimacy and institutional stability,” Kurti was quoted as saying in a meeting with Vickers, adding that “this helps a lot and is resulting in increased economic cooperation, trade and investment.”

The communiqué from the Prime Minister’s Office states that Vickers praised the actions of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo in fighting corruption. Prime Minister Kurti said that the Law on Commercial Court will increase security for investors and businesses. He singled out the potential of our country in the field of information and communication technology (ICT), wood and metal processing and agriculture and the possibilities of connecting the education system with the labor market, through a developed dual education system.

Talking about dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic, the Prime Minister stressed that two thirds of the population over the age of 16 are already vaccinated, while vaccination continues with the boosting dose.
