The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, reacted after the report of Transparency International on the Corruption Perception Index where Kosovo has improved by three points and 17 places in the ranking.
Kurti wrote on social media that they are receiving optimistic signals in their commitment to the fight against crime and corruption, where the actions of his government are being positively evaluated by Transparency International.
“Our commitment to fighting organized crime and institutional corruption is giving the first very optimistic signals. From position 104 to position 87 in the Corruption Perceptions Index, Kosovo has improved its position by 17 places.
Less than a year after taking office, our anti-corruption actions are positively assessed by credible organizations. “Of course we need even better and of course we will work harder, until Kosovo is close together with clean places for corruption”, wrote Kurti.
