“The oil support scheme was implemented in 2021, which benefited about 19 thousand farmers. This measure aims to improve the agricultural mechanism, increase the cultivated area. Farmers are supported with free quantities of oil. We have removed the excise tax, the carbon tax. Applicants are individual, done with an online declaration. The field control process is carried out after the distribution of oil. In Shkodra region, 887 farmers benefited who benefited 270 thousand liters of oil for free. More than 4 thousand hectares in Shkodra region have been planted. 2 thousand hectares were used for farms, 1800 for wheat and corn.
