Kovacevski: In Northern Macedonia we are known as a country committed to finding solutions united in European values. With the same idea we entered the integration process. Months ago we tried for a solution, Bulgaria imposes a blockade that is not worth anyone. We have made difficult decisions, it is time for the EU to fulfill its promises, before asking for other things. The proposal must guarantee some key elements. Negotiations must begin before constitutional changes. The EU must intervene for Bulgaria. The current proposal is unacceptable to me and RMV. If an understanding is reached during the French presidency, we are ready. We have the interest of the state and no one can impose a solution without our understanding. 27 EU countries, we just want respect for cultural identity and membership like the others. Our journeys have been difficult, we are ready to unite, in respect of each other.
