The counting process of 494 polling stations started yesterday afternoon at the Counting and Results Center, for which the Central Election Commission made a decision. These polling stations belong to different municipalities.
The reasons for the recount of these polling stations were categorized into four main groups.
The first is that during the processing of the results forms of political entities and candidates, 35 polling stations could not be processed as regular because during the audit it was noticed that the votes of political entities were not correctly transferred to the results form.
The second reason was mentioned that during the processing of the candidates’ results forms 6 polling stations could not be processed as regular due to technical problems. These forms have been vaguely filled out and cannot be read accurately.
The third reason is stated that in the candidate results forms, in 370 polling stations, it was noted that the candidate has more votes than the political entity and in certain cases all candidates have more votes than the political entity.
While the fourth reason was said that in 83 other polling stations, when comparing the votes of political entities with the votes of candidates, it turns out that in all these cases the entity has no votes, while the candidate or candidates have votes and vice versa.
In total, the number of polling stations recounted so far by decision of the Central Election Commission, including the 12 polling stations recounted last week, is 506 polling stations.
