The energy crisis in the country is leaving citizens and businesses in distress without electricity for hours.
The situation is serious in the Municipality of Hani i Elezit, where citizens complain that the reductions are lasting for days, while the mayor of this municipality, Mehmet Ballazhi says that businesses are also being damaged.

Citizens are outraged by the energy cuts, saying they have no supply for days. Enver Kaliqi, a resident of Hani i Elezit, said that the power outage is always seven hours.
“Yesterday there were not seven hours for us, three times there are two hours and they are doing something for seven hours. “At 06 in the morning, at 12 o’clock in the evening, again at six, it stops for seven hours, everyone stops like this”, he said.
“We have had electricity regularly, but now with these reductions it is a problem. “They are telling us every two hours but the problem is that we have no electricity for two days, it is a big problem, it is horror”, he stressed.
