The Ministry of Health announced that five victims and 1,140 new cases of coronavirus have been registered in Kosovo.
According to the report, the cases came out after testing 6,767 samples, which means that 16.84 percent of those tested tested positive for COVID-19.
In the previous 24 hours, 3,624 people were cured of the coronavirus.
Active cases are 18,506.
Meanwhile, in terms of vaccination, health authorities have administered 1,312 doses of coronavirus vaccine.
So far, 809,228 people have been immunized in Kosovo with two doses of the vaccine.
In Kosovo, all persons from the age of 12 have the right to be vaccinated. Meanwhile, the booster dose and the third dose can be taken by all persons from the age of 18, who three months ago were immunized with two doses of the vaccine.
