The Ministry of Health announced today that eight new cases of coronavirus have been registered. The new cases emerged after testing 2,496 samples. During the previous 24 hours, according to the announcement, six patients were cured, while active cases with coronavirus are 323.
Regarding vaccination, 344 doses of vaccine were administered in the previous 24 hours.
From the start of the immunization campaign until December 13, according to the Ministry of Health, 772,537 citizens have been vaccinated with two doses, while 872,196 people have been vaccinated with one dose.
In Kosovo, all citizens over 12 years of age have the right to be vaccinated. They can choose between the AstraZeneca vaccine and Pfizer / BioNTech.
Also, Kosovo has started giving the third and boosting dose, which can be taken by persons over 18 years old.
