Knife quarrel and domestic violence / 9 people are arrested by the Tirana police

Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes in the Police Commissariat no. 1 made the flagrant arrest of:

– MD, 26 years old, MD, 27 years old, for the criminal offense “Intentionally inflicting grievous bodily harm” committed in collaboration;

– SS, 39 years old, for the criminal offense “Intentional Murder” remaining attempted.

The 26-year-old identified as GB was also prosecuted for the criminal offense “Failure to report a crime”, and M. Xh., 27 years old, was declared wanted for the criminal offense “Intentional Murder” remaining in the attempt.

They clashed and hit each other with sharp tools, and as a result of the blows, the citizens MD and SS were injured, who are under the care of doctors, out of danger for life.

Also, the 27-year-old AB was arrested in flagrante delicto, for the criminal offenses “Removal of a prisoner from the place of residence” and “Theft”, after he stole the bicycle owned by the citizen MD, and after verifications it turned out that he violated the security measure “Home arrest”, leaving the apartment.

-The 31-year-old DH was detained, declared wanted after the Court of the Tirana Judicial District, has assigned the security measure “Prison arrest”, for the criminal offense “Theft”.

– OP, 31 years old, was arrested for the criminal offense “Domestic Violence”, after exercising physical and psychological violence against his father.

-Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes in the Police Commissariat no. 5 made the arrest in flagrante delicto of the citizen DK, 62 years old, after he exercised physical and psychological violence against his wife.

– While the Traffic Specialists made the arrest in flagrante delicto of the citizens RL, 37 years old, and JJ, 40 years old, after they were caught driving their respective vehicles, in a drunken state.

The materials were forwarded to the Prosecution at the Tirana Court of First Instance, for further procedural actions.
