Singer Katy Perry fell from her chair during the live broadcast of “American Idol” program, while wearing a costume of the famous cartoon mermaid, Ariel.
The 37-year-old has had trouble walking because of the tight suit, which is why she has been helped by other colleagues Lionel Richie, Luke Bryan and Ryan Seacrest, according to the Daily Mail.
Moderator Ryan started introducing the first contestant of the evening, but was interrupted in the middle by the sound of a collision on the ground.
