The Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Boris Johnson is holding a press conference after today’s NATO summit and the G7 summit.
Johnson stressed that the UK will work with allies to further increase aid to Ukraine.
He said Britain had promised 6,000 additional missiles and would double the aid Britain has already provided to Ukraine.
“We must support a free and democratic Ukraine in the long run,” he said.
He added that if Putin were to use nuclear weapons, it would be a catastrophic situation.
“There is a great danger for nuclear weapons, it would be a great destruction. But it would also be a big mistake for Putin. “It would be destructive to use those weapons.”
