Albanian doctor Rubena Maçi has indicated that the restrictions in Italy will remain in force until April 6.
In a skype connection from Italy for “Wake Up”, Maçi added that the Italian state is in the third wave of the pandemic and the figures are very high. These restrictions indicate that the Italians will continue to have the austerity measures in place at the beginning of spring.
“According to the new decree of the prime minister, there are not many drastic changes. It is a series of decrees that Conte had undertaken before. As of yesterday, March 1, the restrictions will continue in Italy. The only difference is that if the restrictions decree were to expire on March 5, the new prime minister’s decree would postpone them until April 6. “We are in the third wave, because the numbers are increasing.” said Maçi.
Meanwhile, some European countries have tightened measures against the spread of Covid-19 as the vaccination process continues.
