“Until March 31, 2022, it is mandatory throughout the country to use respirators indoors, except for private homes, and outdoors is mandatory throughout the territory,” said the decree signed by the Italian minister. of Health, Roberto Speranza.
The ordinance specifies that children under the age of six, persons with pathology or disabilities incompatible with the use of the mask, and persons who must communicate with a person with disabilities are not obliged to use the respiratory protection device.
In any case, the protocols and instructions provided for economic, productive, administrative and social activities, as well as instructions for consumption of food and beverages in public places or open to the public, are reserved. The ordinance enters into force on February 11, 2022 and until March 31, 2022.
