The picture shows the moments of horror when “a hungry customer” pulled out his pistol and shot the soufflé employee four times with him because he left him waiting a long time or he was not satisfied with his order.
The impatient client Federico Pecorale, 29, was arrested after he shot 23-year-old Yelfri Guzman at the Casa Rusti restaurant in Pescara, Italy.
Shocking footage from the scene has already been published about the trial of the accused, who is seen shooting several times at the young man who hides in horror on one side of the store.
Pecorale, from Montesilvano, reportedly lost patience as he waited for his order outside the bar.
He is believed to have stepped inside and started confronting the employee about a problem with his order.
But shortly after the debate started, he pulled out his gun and started shooting the young chef, originally from the Dominican Republic.
The employee is reported by the media to be the father of a two-year-old child and is recovering in hospital after wound surgery.
Police had later arrested the suspect as he was leaving on the A14 motorway towards Pesaro, Urbino.
Officers had also found the automatic pistol believed to have been used in the incident.
The local daily La Reppublica writes that Pecorale receives a disability pension after a car accident left him with head injuries when he was 19 years old.
His lawyer Florenzo Coletti told the network The Center that his client carries a gun with him after being ridiculed for his incompetence.
The 23-year-old victim says he was horrified by the attack: “I thought, now I will die, I started praying to God. “I do not know what caused his rage, he had come to us several other times to eat.”
“He had eaten the soufflé and told me to make it saltier for the second.”
The trial continues.
