An Albanian citizen declared internationally wanted, sentenced by the Italian authorities to 7 years in prison, for the criminal offense “Criminal Organizations” and “Narcotics Trafficking” is handcuffed.
His provisional arrest was made for the purpose of extradition to Italy.
Lezha Police Commissariat, in cooperation with the Section for Investigation of Narcotics and Trafficking in DVP Lezha, following the work to apprehend internationally wanted persons, based on information provided by police, have made possible the localization, apprehension and provisional arrest, with the aim of extraditing to Italy, the citizen:
Bledar Delia (Dushkaj), 37 years old, resident in Balldre, Lezha.
This citizen was declared internationally wanted, after the Court of Milan / Italy sentenced him to 7 years in prison for the criminal offenses “Criminal organization” and “Trafficking in narcotics” provided by the Italian Criminal Code.
Also, during the control exercised in the apartment of this citizen, the Police services found and seized combat bullets, as well as 2 transceivers such as those of the Police.
Interpol Tirana, in cooperation with Interpol Rome, follows the procedures for the extradition of this citizen to Italy.
