The pastor, Akil Pano in a skype connection for “Albania Live” spoke about his opinion on the legalization of cannabis.
The decision of the Prime Minister Edi Rama, for the draft law which will bring the legalization of cannabis for pharmaceutical use has brought many discussions by various experts who have given their opinion.
Pano says that cannabis and narcotics have caused a great drama in Albanian families.
“How moral is his project to legalize an illegal act, this illegal activity has caused a drama for Albanian families. “We can not just deal with the idea of what we can gain from cannabis now without putting on the scales the history of cannabis and drugs in our country,” said the pastor.
He stressed that it should not be seen only the monetary benefit that will come from exercising this activity, but the consequences that it will bring.
“Not every activity that promises benefits is a good activity for society,” the pastor added.
