The court of Shkodra has given the security measure “Prison arrest” for the driver of the vehicle David Gjonaj who fatally injured the Polish couple.
The court has declared the arrest of the 27-year-old legal.
The hearing was held behind closed doors, while the driver of the vehicle stated in court that everything happened out of negligence. The security measure was given by Judge Izabela Radovani.
