It is learned that Ismail Morina was handcuffed after he had an arrest warrant and with the decision of the Court of Durrës he was arrested with 5 months and 12 days in prison for illegal possession of weapons.
Official sources of the Kukës Police inform that Ballist Morina was arrested in the city of Kukës near the Local Police Directorate.
We recall that Morina had stated that he was holding the weapon because he felt threatened by Serbian circles.
