Ukrainian men are splitting up on the border with their families. Thousands of Ukrainians have fled their homes over the past 24 hours to escape the war, trying to cross into neighboring countries. But, any male aged 18 to 60 is not allowed to leave the country.
“It is horrible to see these people as they go down to the border standing there with a coat and a bag while they see their family running away“, Reports BBC.
Poland has stated that it is ready to welcome all Ukrainian citizens leaving the country because of the war.
Media reports, however, have shown that conditions at the border were difficult due to the large number of people, including children, who had to wait outside in queues for more than very low temperatures for more than an hour.
