Administrative measures against these leaders ranged from 18,000 to 36,000 new lek;
87 drivers were punished for triple violations, in addition to speeding above the allowed norms, for using a mobile phone while driving a HOFERφ vehicle, and for not using a seat belt. Administrative measures against these leaders ranged from 35,000 to 54,000 new lek; 6 drivers were punished for double violation, in addition to speeding above the allowed norms, also for driving under the influence of alcohol. Administrative measures against these leaders ranged from 6,000 to 17,000 new lek.
