“Injuries, domestic violence and drugs” / Police arrest 8 people and prosecute two others

In a press release, the police say that the citizens have been handcuffed:

HD, 34 years old, for the criminal offenses “Irregular driving” and “Production and sale of narcotics”, after he was caught by the Police services, driving illegally his vehicle, in which, during the control , the police services found and seized as material evidence a quantity of suspected narcotic substance cannabis sattiva, a quantity of suspected narcotic substance cocaine and a quantity of suspected narcotic substance ecstasy.

– T. Xh., 34 years old, for the criminal offense “Removal of a prisoner from the place of residence”, after violating the security measure “Home arrest”, leaving the apartment;

– YB, 36 years old, for the criminal offenses “Failure to report a crime” and “Embezzlement of money or goods derived from a criminal offense or criminal activity”, after embezzling several stolen laptops;

-ED, 54 years old, for the criminal offense “Domestic Violence”, after exercising physical violence against his wife.

Traffic specialists made the arrest in flagrante delicto of citizens:

– S. Ç., 38 years old, for the criminal offenses “Irregular driving”, “Violation of traffic rules” and “Leaving the scene of the accident”, after driving while intoxicated, lost control over the direction of the vehicle, going off the road, and then leaving the scene;

– A. Sh., 30 years old, for the criminal offense “Violation of traffic rules”, after driving his vehicle, he injured the minor citizen TT, 17 years old, who was traveling by bicycle, who is in hospital, under care of doctors;

– MK, 19 years old, for the criminal offense “Violation of traffic rules”, after driving his vehicle, he collided with a vehicle driven by a citizen AB, who as a result was injured and is in hospital, under the care of doctors;

– AS, 32 years old, for the criminal offense “Irregular driving”, after he was caught driving while intoxicated.

Citizens were also prosecuted:

1. B., 29 years old and B. Sh., 36 years old, for the criminal offense “Intentionally inflicting minor injuries” committed in cooperation, after in cooperation with each other, they punched, for weak motives, the citizen AH, 38 years old.

The materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office of the Tirana Judicial District, for further procedural actions.
