India is temporarily relocating its embassy in Ukraine to Poland due to the rapidly deteriorating security situation there from Russian attacks.
This announcement came from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of India (MEA) in a statement on Sunday.
“In view of the rapidly deteriorating security situation in Ukraine, including attacks in the western parts of the country, it has been decided that the Indian embassy in Ukraine will be temporarily relocated to Poland,” the statement said.
Further, MEA stressed that in the future will be examined how the war situation in Ukraine will go, to determine the subsequent fate of its embassy there.
