Three people have been prosecuted in Kavaja, including two IMT employees for abuse of office.
The police prosecuted the citizen AK, 52 years old, resident in Spille, Rrogozhina, for the criminal offense “Illegal construction”.
BT, 61 years old, was appointed chief inspector at the Inspectorate of Territorial Defense in the municipality of Rrogozhina, and FB, 51 years old, acting inspector at the Inspectorate of Territorial Defense in the municipality of Rrogozhina, for the criminal offense “Abuse of duty”.
“Citizen AK, has built without permission in his facility in the village of Spille, while citizens BT, and FD, have abused their duty by not performing the relevant actions to not allow this construction,” said the police notice.
The materials were forwarded to the Kavaja Judicial District Prosecutor’s Office for further procedural actions.
