However, the Democrat emphasizes, the Democratic Party is not saved by the one who leads it, if there are no rules at the foundation of the party.
“Rules are worth more than the leader. The sun does not rise on the day when Sali Berisha wins, the sun rises in the Democratic Party when everyone gains rules. “If the rules are based, it does not shine from the leader.”
Although Berisha’s victory was expected, Elezi recalls that “it is better to try than to be in vain”, thus talking about the deputies who do not support Berisha, but do not challenge him.
