Sali Berisha informed that in the local by-elections they will be registered as a coalition with the SMI.
The former prime minister said his candidates would run as part of a coalition with the SMI, but also other parties that are in negotiations over modalities.
Berisha: We participate in the elections because the boycott is not an option for us, of course there will be an agreement with a coalition in accordance with the law and the logo will be presented which every Albanian is clear that our real logo has been confiscated by Rama, this does not prevent them from seeing it written on the foreheads of these gentlemen and all the supporters of this party. We will register as a coalition with the SMI. The SMI is part of this coalition and the modalities that the law has are being looked at, because the law has some absurd modalities. We are also discussing with allied parties, they are negotiating. There is as much legal determinability as there should be. A group is dealing with this issue.
The “House of Freedom” will be the coalition of opposition parties alongside former Prime Minister Sali Berisha in the March 6 elections.
