Hostage-taking, theft and cocaine, 13 people are arrested in Tirana

Police inform that two people have been arrested in flagrante delicto who had forcibly taken a 16-year-old in the vehicle

Other persons who are accused of criminal offenses such as: theft, illegal possession of weapons, consumption and sale of narcotics as well as driving while intoxicated have also ended up in handcuffs.

Police notification:

Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes in the Police Commissariat no. 6 executed the criminal decision for the wanted citizen BP, 46 years old, after the Court of First Instance Tirana has assigned the security measure “Prison arrest”, for the criminal offense “Domestic Violence”.

Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes at the Kavaja Police Commissariat made the arrest in flagrante delicto of the citizens:

– B. Rr., 29 years old, for the criminal offense “Theft”, after stealing a mobile phone in a store;

– OM, 31 years old, after during the physical control by the Police services, a quantity of suspected narcotic substance of the type cannabis sativa was found and seized as material evidence.

Traffic specialists made the arrest in flagrante delicto of citizens:

– GI, 62 years old, for the criminal offense “Violation of traffic rules”, after driving a bus, injured the citizen LA, who is in hospital, under the care of doctors;

– UH, 33 years old, AD, 51 years old, AM, 38 years old, AM, 61 years old, A. Sh., 21 years old and F. Ç., 27 years old, after being caught driving the respective vehicles, drunk;

– LH, 41 years old, after he was caught driving his vehicle, without a driving license;

– MJ, 18 years old, for the criminal offenses “Irregular driving” and “Disobedience to the order of a public order police officer”, because while driving his vehicle without a driving license, he did not obey the order of the employee of Traffic, to stop.

The procedural materials were forwarded to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance in Tirana, for further action.
