The Municipality of Tirana promises that 60 new buildings will be built in the new neighborhood on May 5, an area further developed with educational institutions and state offices.
It is planned to accommodate over 1300 inhabitants, where in addition to the inhabitants affected by the earthquake, will receive apartments with the same m2 in new buildings, family members whose house will be demolished due to the project.
Until the construction of new neighborhoods, the Municipality of Tirana ensures that the residents will be provided with a rent bonus.
