The High Judicial Council since the beginning of the session where the request of ILD for the dismissal of the judge of Kruja, Enkeleida Hoxha is being reviewed, has encountered debates between the parties.

Meanwhile, the head of ILD, Artur Metani stressed that the situation is delicate and that he would not want to go through what the magistrate is experiencing.

I would urge him to reconsider this attitude because even dignified behavior is important in this process. But as the High Inspector of Justice I have to be and I am cold we have given every opportunity to the magistrate. I understand the delays because I understand that a disciplinary proceeding causes shock. But the process must continue. I was against procrastination last time either. I do not agree with the postponement, I do not see it as a legitimate reason, at least as far as I heard in the council from her statement. The first is because the magistrate has been notified and the lawyer himself has also been notified. Maybe the council should contact him to find out why he is not here yet.
