Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes in the Police Commissariat no. 3 made the arrest in flagrante delicto of the citizen:
MI, 29 years old, resident in Tirana, for the criminal offense “Actions that hinder the discovery of truth”.
According to the investigative actions carried out, it has turned out that the citizen MI, is a social connection with the citizen IM, 36 years old, who was found yesterday, in a bunker, without signs of life and without signs of violence.
From the verifications performed, it resulted that these two citizens, on 17.04.2022, were consuming narcotics, and the citizen IM, died, while the citizen MI, transported the body of the deceased to the bunker, performing actions that prevent revealing the truth.
The procedural materials were forwarded to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance in Tirana, for further action.
