A 35-year-old man was arrested today in Tirana after practicing illegal gambling activities in his bar on “Enriko Telini” street.
During the controls exercised by the Police services, this citizen was caught red-handed exercising the illegal activity of gambling, through sports lotteries, in a bar.
At the end of the investigative actions, the citizen DB, 35 years old, was arrested in flagrante delicto, for the criminal offenses “Organization of illegal lotteries” and “Concealment of income”.
As material evidence, a mobile phone suspected of being used for gambling activity was seized.
The procedural materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance in Tirana, for further procedural actions, for the criminal offenses “Organization of illegal lotteries” and “Concealment of income”.
