DP Presidency member Roland Bejko was not allowed to enter the DP headquarters by protesters on January 8th.
He withdrew from the protesters until he came out of the building and one of them dared to hit him with an umbrella on the head.
In the show “Open”, Bejko said that the person who hit him is the son of Berisha’s uncle, whom he told that they ate in each other’s houses.
Bejko: I wanted to make a statement at the PD headquarters, but I was being shot and kicked. I have forgiven them. I saw Berisha’s face on everyone’s face. I work with Berisha, not with them. This gentleman who takes me has protected me. While there is another Berisha who shot me with an umbrella and insulted me with insulting words. I learned that he is Berisha’s uncle’s son. I have that pain more not only physically but also that comes to people who are broken by people they trust. I wanted what served me to serve to avoid violence. Everyone is forgiven by me.
At this moment, we who support Basha, are inclined to hit you, to tear your skull because they are for a war there. These are only done by leaders who have dictatorship in their genes. Only in communism is brother thrown against brother. I asked him and at the meeting, he said they had 38 minutes to call the police. Inside were guards who were defending Basha.
Police did well to intervene, but overdid it with gas. Berisha is to blame for leading them.
