A 31-year-old man identified as Spartak Hoxha (Rica), a resident of Sandzak, Kurbin, has been handcuffed after being declared wanted for two criminal offenses.
Kurbin Police, based on information received on the operational road about the whereabouts of a wanted citizen, has well organized the work to capture him. As a result it has become possible that in the neighborhood no. 5 Laç, to catch and detain the 31-year-old.
He was declared wanted in December 2020, after the Kurbin Judicial District Court sentenced him to 3 years in prison for the criminal offenses of “Illegal Possession of Weapons” and “Threat”.
The procedural materials were referred to the Kurbin Judicial District Prosecutor’s Office for further action.
