Specialists for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crime in DVP Fier arrested in flagrante delicto the citizen A. Ç., 38 years old, resident in Fier, after he was caught in the neighborhood “October 15” trading in fireworks without the relevant documentation.
As material evidence, 700 fireworks, 300 capsules, 20 cubic meters and three vans were seized in which these fireworks were.
The materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office for further procedural actions, for the criminal offenses “Concealment of income” and “Trade and transport of smuggled goods”.
