Such a proposal was opposed by prosecutor Beqiri, and then the removal of the detention measure by the presiding judge, Judge Kushtrim Shyti, was rejected.
As for the proposal to extend the detention measure in the health institution, Judge Shyti said that he will decide outside the hearing.
Judge Shyti also informed the parties that within 30 days they could submit requests for dropping the indictment and challenging the evidence.
